We are seeking an experienced Full-Time AMT to join our dynamic team! The Aviation Maintenance Technician is directly responsible for the maintenance and repair of the avionics and mechanical equipment needed to make aircraft operate safely. 

Required Duties:

  • Responsible and accountable for repairs, 100 hour inspections, alterations, modifications, and maintaining the structural, mechanical and electronic elements of each of our fleet and retail business.
  • Responsible for maintaining aircraft standards as required by Galvin Flying policies and procedures, manufacturer guidance as well as applicable FAA regulations. 
  • Perform ground runs and functional testing of systems.
  • Ensure accurate entries on Work Orders and log books. 
  • Uphold a high standard of workmanship in all duties assigned.
  • Act as a mentor to our Apprentice Mechanics.

Job Requirements:
  • Must possess a current A&P license.
  • Must bring your own tools.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of FAA regulations, and maintenance safety standards.
  • Ability to be coachable and receive feedback to support development.
  • Maintain professional appearance and display strong work ethic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Salary Range: $27.00-$35.00 (DOE)
