This is a contract-to-hire position
Over $800 a week extra per diem on top of your pay. (for 120 days and you must qualify for this)
- Experience in corporate jet aircraft/commercial aircraft is preferred
- Must have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Perform mechanical/electrical removals and installations
- Assist with fuel and/or de-fuel of aircraft as needed
- Assist with engine removal/installation as needed
- Assist with aircraft component repair as needed
Requirements:
- Must have an A&P License
- At least 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience is preferred
- You own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
- Tools must be etched and shadowed before starting
- Have the ability to work unscheduled overtime, including nonscheduled work days and holidays.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA)
