Seeking an A&P mechanic with 3–5+ years of piston aircraft maintenance experience and strong hands-on expertise performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on general aviation aircraft, including:
- Cessna (172, 182, 206, 210)
- Piper Aircraft
- Mooney
- Beechcraft Bonanza
- Cirrus Aircraft
Candidates with previous lead mechanic, team lead, or Crew Chief experience are highly desirable, as this role may involve overseeing technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting daily workflow and productivity.
