This position is responsible for performing heavy maintenance inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on regional jet aircraft in accordance with regulatory and safety standards. The role supports C-check maintenance activities and requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, technical documentation proficiency, and the flexibility to work extended shifts in an MRO environment.

* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician, including MRO, heavy maintenance, or CRJ airframe experience.
* Military aircraft maintenance experience, including Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections, if formerly in the military.
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant license or FAA Airframe license.
* A personal set of tools.
* The ability to effectively communicate aircraft maintenance actions in English, both verbally and in writing.

* Heavy maintenance, including C-checks, on various regional jet airframes.
* Compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
* All assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
* Inspection and repair of aircraft in accordance with FAA or other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Maintenance blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs.
* General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems.
* Troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on aircraft systems and components.
* Completion of tasks within allotted time frames while meeting regulatory and company standards.
