* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or 18 months of documented aviation maintenance experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on heavy maintenance experience on business jets or turbine aircraft; Falcon experience strongly preferred.
* Experience working in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.
* Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug and alcohol testing.

* Prior military aviation maintenance experience.
* Jet avionics experience outside of educational training.
* Familiarity with Dassault Falcon aircraft (Falcon 50/900/2000/7X/8X). Job Duties & Functions
* Perform all work in accordance with FAA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures.
* Inspect aircraft and aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, tires, and structures, for damage, defects, or wear.
* Recommend replacement, repair, or modification of aircraft equipment based on inspection findings.
* Install, remove, or modify aircraft structures, systems, or components in accordance with drawings, schematics, and technical publications.
* Repair worn, defective, or damaged parts using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
* Interpret discrepancies or maintenance logs to troubleshoot and determine corrective actions.
* Research and interpret technical manuals to perform inspections, repairs, and installations.
* Review maintenance records to confirm required service intervals and compliance.
* Maintain accurate repair logs and documentation of all preventive and corrective maintenance performed.
* Use computer systems to enter, access, and communicate maintenance information.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
* Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, and reaching.
