Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* A&P License
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working on corporate jets or King Air aircraft
* Knowledge of computer systems and basic operations
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
* General knowledge of federal aviation regulations
* Ability to perform basic communication tasks
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Preferred Skills
* Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
* Factory training experience is a plus Job Duties & Functions
* Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems
* Execute airframe, powerplant, and propeller repairs and modifications in accordance with FAA and company requirements
* Remove, disassemble, assemble, and install aircraft components to support maintenance and repair operations
* Operate power tools and ground equipment necessary to complete assigned maintenance tasks
* Complete required maintenance records and accurately document work performed and labor hours
* Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and blueprints to guide maintenance actions
* Tow and position aircraft as required to support maintenance operations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
