The role involves responding to customer maintenance calls, repairing and replacing interior parts, fluids, and components as needed, and signing off on airworthiness. Teams consist of 3-4 mechanics per lead, focusing on supporting an airline with high flight volume and several other airlines with a handful of flights per day.
Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft.
- Respond to customer maintenance calls.
- Repair and replace interior parts, fluids, and components as needed.
- Sign off on airworthiness.
- Work in teams of 3-4 mechanics per lead.
Essential Skills- A&P license required.
- 4+ years of experience on Boeing 747 or 767 preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of industry experience.
- Proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must own basic tools.
- General Familiarization training preferred on 747-400, 747-8, or 767.
- Experience with Boeing 777 line maintenance.

Work Environment
The work environment involves four-hour shifts with three available shifts: 6am - 4pm, 12pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 7am. Most maintenance occurs during the overlap of shifts between 12pm and 4pm, ensuring maximum maintenance exposure. New hires typically train on the morning or afternoon shift. All maintenance is conducted outside, sometimes at significant heights, especially when working on the tail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $97760.00/yr.
