Airworthy Aviation is seeking a skilled and motivated FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA) to join our general aviation maintenance team. The ideal candidate will perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and ensure airworthiness of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer’s data, and company standards.

• Must hold an active FAA A&P certification.
• Must hold a current FAA Inspection Authorization (IA).
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs), ADs, manufacturer’s maintenance manuals, and technical data.
• Proven ability to perform inspections, repairs, and alterations to meet FAA airworthiness standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with team members, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Valid driver’s license.
