Responsibilities- Conduct inspections and scheduled heavy maintenance on CRJ aircrafts.
- Perform modifications and overhauls in a PART 145 / MRO facility.
- Work independently to complete tasks within specific timeframes.
- Follow work orders and adhere to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of C&D check experience.
- Experience in working within an MRO or DEPOT level work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must provide own tools.

Work EnvironmentWork at the MHI RJ Service Center at the West Virginia Air Center, supporting heavy C/D checks on CRJ aircraft for Regional Airlines. The environment is extremely fast-paced, with a typical aircraft overhaul turnaround of 7-10 days. Work a southern swing shift with 12-hour days, alternating between 4 days on and 3 days off, and 3 days on and 4 days off. The facility operates 24/7 with shifts from 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Dress code is casual with T-shirts, shorts or jeans, and steel-toed shoes. Standard PPE including safety glasses/goggles is required, with additional PPE as needed. Safety is a top priority, with comprehensive safety training provided during orientation.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
