Job Description
This role focuses on performing line maintenance on a variety of passenger aircraft, with a strong emphasis on Airbus A320. You will troubleshoot, repair, and return aircraft to service in accordance with approved technical data, ensuring safety, reliability, and on-time performance in a busy flight line environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-call and scheduled line maintenance on multiple customers’ aircraft to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems to identify faults and determine appropriate corrective actions in accordance with approved technical data provided by the customer.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble aircraft sections and components to restore full functionality and maintain compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and complete airworthiness releases within the scope of approval to return aircraft to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components in line with maintenance procedures and quality standards.
- Effectively plan and execute work to meet maintenance deadlines and performance goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities accurately and clearly to support traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other technicians and operations personnel on the flight line to support efficient aircraft turnaround.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as an aircraft technician performing line maintenance on passenger aircraft.
- Hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance, including airframe and aircraft assembly work.
- Demonstrated line maintenance experience on wide body or narrow body regional passenger aircraft.
- Airbus experience required, with specific experience on Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for aircraft systems, including the ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble components using approved technical data.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases within scope of approval to return aircraft to service.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to meet maintenance deadlines and performance goals in a fast-paced flight line environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with major commercial aircraft platforms such as Airbus, Boeing, CRJ, and ERJ.
- Airframe qualification or certification.
- Familiarity with airline or MRO flight line operations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work effectively on rotating weekend shifts and fixed shift schedules.

Work Environment
This position is based on the flight line at a major international airport, working directly on active aircraft. You will operate in an outdoor, operational environment that requires SIDA badging access and adherence to airport security procedures. Shifts follow a 4-on, 3-off pattern with set days, including day shift (approximately 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), mid shift (starting around 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. for 10-hour shifts), and night shift (10-hour overnight schedule). The work involves exposure to varying weather conditions, aircraft noise, and the use of standard aircraft maintenance tools and equipment while following appropriate safety and protective guidelines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
