What You’ll Do:
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
- Execute scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks based on detailed customer work scopes
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and professionalism in all interactions
- Be flexible to work day, evening, or weekend shifts, with occasional overtime
What You Bring:- A&P License and 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, inspections, and interpreting technical documentation
- Solid computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Experience with rotary or fixed-wing aircraft (Falcon Jet experience is a big plus!)
- Your own tools (we’ll provide specialty tooling)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
