Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Complete all necessary maintenance paperwork and logbook entries accurately and completely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and/or Dispatch to ensure timely return of aircraft to service.

Work Environment: The position is based in our facility in Indianapolis, IN. You will be joining a dedicated maintenance team.

• Must hold a current and valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• 3+ years proven experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations (e.g., FARs) and airworthiness directives (ADs).
• Must have basic set of tools appropriate for an A&P Mechanic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on GA aircraft-- Single and twin engine piston aircraft including Cessna, Piper, and Mooney.
• Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
