Job Description
We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to join our clients maintenance team at Davidson County Airport in Lexington, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, safety, and operational performance across state of the art Corporate Jet / Business Jet Aircraft , while promoting a cooperative, safety-first work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting various aircraft heavy maintenance tasks and aircraft modifications in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and our Repair Station Quality Control Manual.
Responsibilities
- Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine and turboprop Corporate Jet aircraft such as Cessna Citations, Learjets, Dassault Falcon Jets, King Airs, Challengers and more.
- Perform calendar / annual inspections.
- Remove, replace and repair various aircraft components such as engines, flight controls, landing gear, etc.
- Perform various aircraft modifications according to STC / FAA requirements.
- Accurately log all maintenance actions to meet FAA and internal reporting requirements.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in maintaining turbine and turboprop corporate jet aircraft.
- Prefer Experience with Cessna Citation, Bombardier Challenger, King Air, Dassault Falcon Jet or Pilatus PC-12 models.
- Valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
- Strong understanding of 14 CFR Part 145 regulations and aviation safety standards.

Work Environment
The role is based at Davidson County Airport (EXX) in Lexington, North Carolina, within an active MRO and repair station hangar environment. The work involves hands-on maintenance on corporate jets and turboprops, including Hawker, Beechcraft, King Air, Cessna Citation, Phenom, and similar aircraft, using modern maintenance tracking systems such as Traxxall, EBis, and CAMP, along with digital platforms for documentation and compliance. The schedule offers multiple shift options, including a Monday–Thursday 4/10 schedule with shifts starting at 6:00 a.m., a Tuesday–Friday 4/10 schedule with shifts starting at 6:00 a.m., and a weekend shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The environment is fast-paced and safety-critical, requiring consistent adherence to 14 CFR regulations and RSQCM standards. Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and must provide and use their own tools while working in a professional hangar setting focused on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
