We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to join our team at any of our locations: FORT PIERCE (FPR), MERRITT ISLAND (COI), and AVON PARK (AVO).
Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing general aviation aircraft, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance. Your work will include routine inspections, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs—all while following FAA regulations and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general aviation aircraft, including single-engine and multi-engine piston models.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and avionics.

Repair and service critical components such as engines, propellers, and landing gear.

Maintain detailed records of all work performed in compliance with FAA and company requirements.

Ensure aircraft are flight-ready and meet all safety standards before being returned to service.

Keep the workspace organized and maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Work collaboratively with fellow mechanics and staff to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Qualifications & Experience:

Valid A&P Mechanic certificate.

Preferred 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a General Aviation A&P Mechanic (recent experience required).

At least 2 years of experience working on Piston Cessna and/or Piper (must be outside of training experience).

Familiarity with Cessna and Piper aircraft is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Avionics experience is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Expected pay based on experience and certifications from $30-$42/hour. This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.
