Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Overview: Aerotek Aviation is currently hiring A&P Mechanics for long term contract / contract to hire positions for one of our clients based out of Myrtle Beach, SC. These are 1st shift positions working in an established MRO facility.
Job Description
A&P Mechanics will perform heavy maintenance (C & D checks), modifications, and upgrades on a variety of regional jets, including CRJ, ERJ, Boeing and Airbus models along with Turboprop aircraft such as ATR-72 and ATR-42 models.
Required Skills
- Airframe License is required, full A&P License is preferred
- 1 - 3 years of Aircraft Maintenance expereince
- CRJ expereince highly desired.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ERJ or CRJ jets is advantageous and may lead to higher compensation.
- Possession of a personal basic tool set is necessary.

Work Environment
Work in a large hangar space alongside at least 25 other technicians, with 8-12 employees assigned per aircraft. The environment is casual, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
