Job Description:

Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)
We are seeking experienced aviation maintenance professionals to join a growing MRO team in Central Florida. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple aircraft platforms, including Embraer, Airbus, Boeing, DC, and MD. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $32.00–$38.00/hour (DOE)
Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00–$85,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
Per Diem: Up to $45,760 annually (tax-free), based on $880.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Work Schedule

5/8 Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, modifications, and upgrades
Work across multiple aircraft platforms in an MRO environment
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
Accurately document completed maintenance actions

Qualifications

Prior experience in heavy maintenance or MRO environments preferred
Experience on Embraer, Airbus, Boeing, DC, or MD aircraft is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work independently and within a team
