Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated A&P Mechanic to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This direct-hire role supports maintenance, inspection, and repair operations for high-performance turboprop aircraft. Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance & Repair
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turboprop aircraft, including airframe, powerplant, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and service aircraft components in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct engine runs, operational checks, and system diagnostics.
- Remove, install, and adjust aircraft components, including flight controls, landing gear, and powerplant systems.
Specialized Experience
- Perform maintenance and inspections on Kodiak, TBM, and PT-6 powered aircraft.
- Utilize manufacturer maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical publications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Quality & Inspection
- Inspect completed work to ensure airworthiness and compliance with FAA and company requirements.
- Use precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment to verify proper installation and system performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logbooks, and documentation.
Operational Support
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Collaborate with maintenance leadership, quality assurance, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to FAA regulations, company maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
- Perform all tasks with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Work Schedule:

Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- 3–5 years of turboprop maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience with Kodiak, TBM, and PT-6 aircraft and engines
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering data, and maintenance documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a hangar environment with varying temperatures
- Basic PC skills required
