A&P Mechanic in Reno, Nevada
Job Description
Join a dynamic hangar team as an A&P Mechanic, working alongside Maintenance Technicians and Quality Inspectors to support planned aircraft maintenance projects at the Dassault Service Center. In this role, youll perform troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems on all models of Falcon Jet corporate aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform the required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs needed for Falcon Jet aircraft.
- Conduct all maintenance, checks, inspections, and troubleshooting as identified in the customer work scope.
- Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and professionalism with customers, vendors, and other personnel.
- Adhere to all FAA regulations, the Dassault Repair Station Manual, Operations Manual, and all Quality Manuals and Regulations.
- Ensure all documentation is signed off completely, properly, and in a timely manner according to SOPs.
- Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays with advance notice when possible.
- Be available to work day, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts as required.
- Experience with troubleshooting, parts replacement, work order documentation, interpretation of technical documentation, customer service, and communication skills.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- A&P license.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performing inspections.
- Computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with rotary and fixed-wing aircraft is considered.
- Falcon or corporate aircraft experience is highly preferred.
- Possession of own tools with specialty tooling provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
