Hourly Rate: $30.00–$45.00/hour (DOE)
Annual Earnings: Commonly $70,000–$85,000+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications
Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on business jet aircraft
Interpret and follow maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and task cards
Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and internal quality standards
Accurately document maintenance actions and discrepancies
A&P certification required
Prior experience in a business aviation MRO or heavy maintenance environment preferred
Business jet experience is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with a safety- and quality-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
