Job Title: A&P MechanicLocation: San Francisco, CA (On‑site only)
About the OpportunityWe’re seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to support aircraft maintenance operations in San Francisco with a well‑established, global MRO provider. This role is heavily hands-on and focused primarily on B767 aircraft, with the opportunity to cross‑train on additional airframes as you grow. You’ll be part of a collaborative maintenance team performing line maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Compensation & Schedule- Up to $45/hr DOE
- Flexible shift options available (based on operational needs)
- Monday–Friday evening coverage preferred
- Personal tools required
What You’ll Do- Perform aircraft maintenance primarily on B767 aircraft, including line and assigned heavy maintenance tasks
- Complete general repairs and line replaceable unit (LRU) replacements in accordance with approved maintenance data
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems with a strong emphasis on avionics, identifying faults and implementing effective corrective actions
- Conduct routine inspections up to and including A‑checks while ensuring regulatory and company compliance
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical systems including hydraulic, fuel, oxygen, water, air conditioning systems, and floor panels
- Safely operate and maintain standard line maintenance tools and ground equipment
- Accurately document maintenance actions in aircraft logs and maintenance records
- Work closely with fellow technicians, inspectors, and operations personnel to support safe, on‑time aircraft operations
- Participate in training to support additional airframes such as A319, A320, A321, B737, B777, and E190 once qualified
What We’re Looking For- Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Minimum 18 months of hands‑on A&P experience
- Practical avionics troubleshooting experience in addition to general A&P skills
- Experience performing aircraft line maintenance activities
- Proficiency in LRU replacement, repairs, and inspections through A‑checks
- Experience on B767 or similar transport‑category aircraft
- Ability to safely and effectively use standard line maintenance tools
- Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling needs
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco only
Additional Qualifications- Previous B767 experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to train on additional aircraft types
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Occasional weekend availability is a plus, but not required

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
