A&P Mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with an active Inspection Authorization (IA) to join a well-established aviation maintenance operation. This is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades role suited for a technician who thrives on variety, embraces change, and takes ownership of their work. The position involves both in-shop and on-the-road work, supporting a diverse fleet that includes turbine aircraft (PT6-powered), the Beechcraft King Air 200, and Cessna Caravan platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on turbine aircraft. – Primarily B200 and Caravan
- Roughly 10 on-the-road assignments (1 week/month, M-F typically). This job is not for homebodies or people tied down.
- Conduct annual and progressive inspections under your IA authority.
- Perform and oversee PT6 engine maintenance, potentially including hot section work, and phase inspections.
- Execute trip-support and on-site maintenance when aircraft are deployed away from base.- Floating fleet
- Participate in safety management and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with DOM and other technicians.
- Adapt to a varied workload across aircraft types and shifting priorities.
