Job Title: A&P Technician
Job Description
The A&P Technician position is dedicated to the Global Jet program
- This role involves performing routine inspections, repairs, and modifications on customer aircraft, as well as completing inspections as required by maintenance programs and troubleshooting aircraft systems. The technician must ensure that all assigned tasks are completed and documented in accordance with manufacturers manuals or other FAA-approved data.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and modifications as required.
- Conduct inspections as required by maintenance programs, modification, and inspection packages.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft system malfunctions.
- Advise supervisor or lead on job status at all times.
- Maintain good housekeeping habits.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform system functional tests and understand and interpret prints.
- Promote safety and perform only authorized work.
- Complete tasks to establish standards and estimates routinely.
- Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or lead from time to time.
Essential Skills
- A&P license
- 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Ability to understand and interpret airframe manuals and prints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience on business aircraft (desired but not required)
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificates required

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled facility located on the south side of Tucson International Airport. Flexible shift options are available, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts, and weekends. The first week of employment includes an orientation class.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $55.00/hr.
