Lone Mountain Aircraft is looking for quality Aviation Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. We need technicians that can fit in quickly, have a positive attitude, and have General Aviation experience.
Position Overview
This position works as a part of a team performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Cirrus aircraft. A successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in Cirrus aircraft operations. This role demands technical precision, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative mindset to support our service center’s commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturer’s instructions, and company policies.
- Ensure consistent, accurate maintenance records by properly documenting and completing required forms, computer entries, and logbook entries.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Keep a clean and orderly work environment.
- Perform duties in a safe manner.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on Cirrus aircraft in strict accordance with FAA regulations and Cirrus technical documentation.
- Accurately log tasks and on-the-job training (OJT) using the EBIS work order system.
- Contribute to Return-to-Service timelines by executing work efficiently while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and safety briefings to maintain compliance with current procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure timely aircraft delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay & Benefits
Lone Mountain Aircraft offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:
- $29-$45 hourly rate with a $2 premium per hour for IA license.
