Job Summary

We are seeking an Aircraft Technician III with 3+ years of corporate aircraft experience to perform heavy maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and inspections independently. This role requires direct customer interaction, workflow management, and AOG field experience. You must be able to act as a technical lead and liaison between the company and the customer.

Required Airframe Experience

Must have 3+ years on at least one of the following corporate aircraft:

  • Embraer Phenom 100/300/Legacy
  • Embraer Praetor 500/600
  • Cessna Citation XL/XLS/Latitude
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections independently on corporate aircraft
  • Execute complex troubleshooting on airframe, engine, and system discrepancies with minimal supervision
  • Respond to AOG events; evaluate, troubleshoot, and return aircraft to service under time-critical conditions
  • Manage complete workflows for all assigned tasks including labor, parts, services, and outside vendors
  • Provide forward-facing customer support; act as direct liaison between the company and the customer for technical and status updates
  • Document all work performed per FAA regulations and company procedures; complete logbook entries, work orders, and inspection records
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and FOD prevention
  • Mentor Level I/II technicians and assist with task assignment when designated
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years corporate aircraft experience required, including heavy maintenance and complex troubleshooting
  • AOG Experience: Required &8212; must be able to deploy and resolve time-critical issues in the field
  • License: A&P License required
  • Tools: Must provide personal tools
  • Skills:
    • Independent decision-making on heavy maintenance and inspections
    • Proven workflow management: labor, parts, services, and coordination
    • Strong customer service skills with ability to interface directly with clients
    • Expert troubleshooting on Phenom, Praetor, or Citation platforms
    • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and IPC
