The A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This role supports scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events while ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability. The ideal candidate has experience working in corporate aviation and is comfortable performing a wide range of maintenance tasks on business aircraft.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Conduct inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems including airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Complete routine maintenance tasks such as servicing, component removal and installation, and system operational checks.
Perform aircraft inspections including phase inspections and other required maintenance checks.
Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies and determine corrective actions.
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
Document all maintenance actions in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams, avionics technicians, and quality personnel to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in corporate or business aviation.
Experience working on corporate aircraft such as King Air, Cessna, Learjet, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical data.
Experience performing inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Must have basic tools required for aircraft maintenance.
