Job Summary:
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures under close supervision. Requires FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or 2 years of aviation maintenance experience.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or 2 years of aviation maintenance experience
Principal Duties:
  • Perform basic aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications
  • Complete paperwork (CMP cards, work orders, etc.) accurately and timely
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are met
  • Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
  • Operate ground support equipment safely
  • Protect customer property and equipment
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Use material tracking system and manage waste disposal
  • Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to maintain clean work areas
  • Use and maintain company tools and equipment
  • Comply with safety rules and procedures
  • Support aircraft certification and testing, including flight tests (as required)
Other Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to work any shift as assigned by manager. Shift is not guaranteed.

  • Uniform Requirements: Purchase uniforms from designated supplier (CINTAS).
  • Interim Attire: Wear navy-blue shirt/t-shirt and blue work pants/shorts (no denim) prior to receiving uniforms.

  • 2 Face masks (in case the mask mandate returns)
  • Safety Shoes: Steel-toed shoes required for job duties.
