  • Perform line maintenance tasks, including routine checks, minor repairs, and troubleshooting between flights.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision, managing assigned tasks and prioritizing workload across 1st or 2nd shift as needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with FAR Parts 145, 135, 91, 43, and 65, as applicable.

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Capability to identify mechanical problems through visual inspection, testing, and pilot or crew reports.
  • Manual dexterity and physical strength to operate tools, make adjustments, and perform repairs.
  • Ability to stand, lie, and kneel in awkward positions and confined spaces, and to work from scaffolding or ladders.
  • Ability to lift and pull objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Sufficient visual acuity to inspect equipment and identify defects.
  • Hearing ability adequate to evaluate sounds and determine aircraft operating condition.
  • Must provide own tools appropriate for A&P maintenance work.
