Aerotek, on behalf of its client is seeking A&P mechanics for work on GA and corporate aircraft. Hiring ASAP. Day shift Monday-Friday. 6 month contract to hire for a long-term opportunity.

Pay:

Local: 35-45/hr depending on exp

Non-local Pay: 2 - 5 years related King Air experience: 50/hr (27 taxed/23 per diem),

5 - 9 years: 55/hr (32 taxed, 23 per diem),

10+ years: 60/hr (37 taxed, 23 per diem)

Description:

A&p Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair , and phase inspections on Gulfstream, Learjet, inspecting and repairing to meet FAA Part 25 standards.

Layout of equipment, tool selection, removing equipment from aircraft, consulting maintenance manuals, removing and repairing mechanical and structural parts

Overall, about half their work is corporate jets, half piston GA

Skills:

A&P, mechanic, technician, troubleshooting, maintenance, gulfstream, learjet, kingair, general aviation

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

A&P license

2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience

Preferred: Gulfstream, Learjet, or Kingair experience
