Nous vous proposons de travailler dans une entreprise leader mondial dans son domaine, tournée vers le digital, à la pointe de la recherche et de l’innovation.

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en marketing maintenance avion et services associés (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d’ Airbus commercial sur son site de Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 12 personnes au sein du département Marketing d’Airbus Commercial en charge de la mise en valeur de la Maintenance avion et des services associés.

Cet apprentissage consiste à appréhender l’ecosysteme du portfolio de services de maintenance offert par Airbus, ses activités et sa valeur ajoutée, et ensuite d&39;améliorer l&39;automatisation des outils existants de valorisation des services ainsi que son déploiement et adoption par les équipes de vente en région. 

Vous contribuerez également à l&39;amélioration des outils de formation des vendeurs sur les services de maintenance avions offerts par Airbus.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Participer et contribuer à la valorisation des services de maintenance fournis par Airbus

• Proposer des mises à jour et des améliorations des outils actuels de valorisation des services

• Participer et contribuer aux analyses post mortem des campagnes de ventes

• Proposer des améliorations du processus et des outils de capitalisation des analyses post mortem des campagnes de ventes de service.

Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous si vous:

• allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de marketing / engineering pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

• Capacité à convaincre et fédérer

• Capacité à échanger and networker avec les autres membre du marketing et des vente

• Can-do attitude, apprentissage rapide et un sens du détail et de la rigueur

• Des capacités de gestion de projet en étant conscient des délais de livraison.

• Un esprit technologique avec une appétence pour l’IT et des capacités d&39;appréhender des nouveaux logiciels informatiques (CRM, Google suite).

Notre processus de sélection

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in aviation marketing maintenance and related services (f/m)&34; has just opened within Airbus commercial on Balgnac site. You will join the Marketing department in charge of Airbus Commercial.

This apprenticeship will consist in: understanding the ecosystem of the maintenance services portfolio offered by Airbus, its activities and its added value, and then improving the automation of existing service enhancement tools as well as its deployment and adoption by the regional sales teams.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Participate and contribute to the promotion of maintenance services provided by Airbus

• Propose updates and improvements to current service enhancement tools

• Participate and contribute to post-mortem analyzes of sales campaigns

• Propose improvements to the process and tools for capitalizing on post-mortem analyzes of service sales campaigns.

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC&43;5 level training in the field of marketing / engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Ability to convince and unite

• Ability to exchange and network with other members of marketing and sales

• Can-do attitude, quick learner and an eye for detail and rigor

• Project management skills by being aware of delivery times.

• A technological mind with an appetite for IT and the ability to understand new computer software (CRM, Google suite).
