The Role
We’re looking for experienced A&P Mechanics who thrive under pressure, take pride in troubleshooting, and know how to move with speed and precision. This isn’t a hangar job for someone who wants to hide in the corner—this is frontline AOG work where your skill, mindset, and hustle matter every single day.
What You’ll Do
•Hit the ground running on AOG calls and troubleshoot beyond the manual to find the root cause.
•Perform fast, efficient, and airworthy repairs that get aircraft flying again.
•Communicate clearly with team members and clients under pressure.
•Adapt to changing conditions, shifting priorities, and high-stakes situations.
•Represent our company on the line as the mechanic customers trust when everything is on the line.
What We’re Looking For
•FAA A&P Certificate (required).
•Proven troubleshooting ability—not just parts changing.
•Experience in AOG, corporate aviation is a huge plus.
•Ability to work independently with confidence and urgency.
•A mindset that values speed + quality + professionalism—equally.
•Flexibility to travel and work irregular schedules when the mission demands it.
