Strategic Support Solutions is seeking experienced Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Aircraft Mechanics to fill aircraft maintenance positions at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. This position is a 7 days on 7 days off. Candidates can expect to receive $2,500 per pay check per scheduled on week and will receive an additional $100 stipend for work performed during the off schedule week.
- Perform AOG maintenance on a variety of corporate and general aviation aircraft to the highest quality.
- Perform maintenance on a variety of corporate and general aviation aircraft including but not limited to the aircraft specified as well as Citation, Global Express, Gulfstream, Phenom 300, Challenger, Gulfstream, Learjet, Falcon, and Hawker.
- Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to include inspections, testing, repair, avionics troubleshooting and servicing of aircraft.
- Perform maintenance IAW with FAA approved technical data and Stevens Aerospace Certified Repair Station guidelines.
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Maintenance shop cleanup, organization, and basic office duties. Accurately complete all appropriate maintenance, work order, and RTS paperwork.
