As an AOG Mechanic (Citations), you will become an integral part of our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team, responding to aircraft-on-ground events with speed and precision. This exciting role lets you work with a variety of aircraft types, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, and Embraer, allowing you to make a significant impact on operational uptime and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy quickly to AOG events and perform high-quality field maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently, following FAA and OEM requirements.

• Communicate directly with customers to manage expectations and timelines.

• Accurately document maintenance activities in internal systems.

• Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.

• Uphold professionalism and provide exceptional customer service on-site.

• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all actions.

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

• Clear and professional communication with external clients.

• Proficiency in maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).

• Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer service-focused.
