Responsibilities: Rapidly respond to AOG events and deliver expert maintenance services on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently in accordance with FAA and OEM mandates. Communicate effectively with external customers to set clear expectations on scope and timelines. Accurately document all maintenance activities using internal systems. Maintain operational readiness of AOG vehicles, tools, and inventory. Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service on-site. Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all activities. Requirements: Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Professional communication skills when working with external clients. Familiarity with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable). Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site. Detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and in high-pressure environments. Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs regularly.
