Job Description:

The AOG Mechanic performs troubleshooting, repair, installation, inspection, and maintenance on corporate aircraft systems, including avionics, structures, and composites. Executes mechanical and electrical removals and installations, documents work in accordance with regulatory requirements, and supports aircraft return-to-service operations in field service and MRO environments.

Job Requirements:

Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* A&P License
* Minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft models
* Valid driver’s license with insurable status
* Ability to work independently in unsupervised environments, including overnight shifts and adverse weather conditions
* Flexibility to travel on short notice for assignments up to 30 days
* Experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures
* Regular and predictable attendance required
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Job Duties & Functions
* Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on aircraft systems, including avionics, mechanical, and structural components
* Execute mechanical and electrical removals, installations, and inspections on customer aircraft
* Document all maintenance activities in accordance with applicable manuals, FAA regulations, and company procedures
* Return aircraft to service at off-site locations following completion of maintenance tasks
* Audit assigned vehicle, location, truck, and tool inventory to ensure accountability and compliance
* Perform Delegated Inspector (DI) duties as qualified and authorized
* Communicate aircraft status updates clearly with customers and internal teams
* Operate independently in field service environments with minimal supervision
* Perform unscheduled overtime, holiday, overnight, and travel assignments as operationally required Physical Requirements & Environment
