Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* A&P License
* Minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft models
* Valid driver’s license with insurable status
* Ability to work independently in unsupervised environments, including overnight shifts and adverse weather conditions
* Flexibility to travel on short notice for assignments up to 30 days
* Experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures
* Regular and predictable attendance required
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Job Duties & Functions
* Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on aircraft systems, including avionics, mechanical, and structural components
* Execute mechanical and electrical removals, installations, and inspections on customer aircraft
* Document all maintenance activities in accordance with applicable manuals, FAA regulations, and company procedures
* Return aircraft to service at off-site locations following completion of maintenance tasks
* Audit assigned vehicle, location, truck, and tool inventory to ensure accountability and compliance
* Perform Delegated Inspector (DI) duties as qualified and authorized
* Communicate aircraft status updates clearly with customers and internal teams
* Operate independently in field service environments with minimal supervision
* Perform unscheduled overtime, holiday, overnight, and travel assignments as operationally required Physical Requirements & Environment
