This AOG Technician will report to the DOM and ADOM. The AOG technician will be responsible for completing time-sensitive aircraft repairs in the field and giving timely status updates regarding repairs. This position requires the technician to display a professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Must possess adequate knowledge of Corporate Aircraft and be familiar with the Bombardier Challenger Line of Aircraft. This challenging position is key to providing TSC Operation with the same exceptional service they are accustomed to wherever their aircraft end up.
Schedule is 4 on/3 off, Sunday through Wednesday on, Thursday through Saturday off.
Responsibilities:
- Perform AOG maintenance on corporate aviation aircraft.
- Perform maintenance on a variety of aircraft configurations.
- Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to include inspections, testing, repair, and servicing of aircraft.
- Perform maintenance IAW with FAA approved technical data and Tri State GMM guidelines.
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Maintenance shop cleanup, organization, and basic office duties.
- Accurately complete all appropriate maintenance, work order, and RTS paperwork.
- Identify (Schedule) Out-Source maintenance providers (OMP), authorized persons for accomplishment of maintenance to include accomplishing on-site audits utilizing TSC Vendor Audit forms
- Review and ensure all required entries into the aircraft logbooks and permanent records are accurate and preserved in accordance with GMM requirements
- Planning of scheduled and coordination of unscheduled maintenance on aircraft during normal and after business hours
- Operate and maintain Company truck
- Track and maintain Tri State spare parts on the truck. (Wheels etc.)
