ATR - Maintenance Illustrated Part Data Referent (M/F))

Job Description:

MISSION

Within the Maintenance Parts & Wiring department, you will work within a team on the Maintenance Illustrated Part Data (MIPD), the Illustrated Part List (IPL). You will be responsible for the MIPD/IPL products authoring and tools Referential.

As such, you will have the function of MIPD/IPL referent and thus the responsibility of ensuring the update of technical data referential, the management of tools developments, of which you will be the source of proposals (specifications, tests) and will be the focal point for all questions about the MIPD/IPL.

Your choices and decisions will engage the performance of the MIPD/IPL product production chain.

Your role as referent will integrate you into a network of specialists in your field of activity, a network that you will have to maintain and develop to keep the highest level of knowledge and be attentive to future developments on MIPD/IPL products.

ACTIVITIES

Your main tasks will include:

• Ensure the analysis and integration of design criteria having an impact on the IPD/IPL products, including the authoring, the proofreading and the released.
• Support the subcontractor teams and analyze internal and customer technical requests.
• Participate in technical meetings with specialists from the design office and spare parts departments.
• Supervise the completeness of the MIPD product for each aircraft to be delivered.
• Ensure the update of technical data referential such as processes, authoring guides, tools users guides and checklists.
• Benchmark the ATR MIPD/IPL against the IPD standards in other aircraft manufacturers or aircraft suppliers, to identify and implement new good practices and rules.
• Engage the performance of the team and the subcontracting chain.
• Propose improvements to IT tools and processes.
• Analyze the finalization reports for each revision (TDVV reports) and launch corrective actions.
• Administer SAP authoring tools: user access and rights, reference table.
• Manage tool incidents and participate in the development of tool updates with the IT teams. Tests on the validation environment.
• Analyze discrepancies in source data detected by the authoring team and transmit them to the relevant Design Office specialist.
• Contribute to checking the reasons for blocking MIPD/IPL Work Orders and sometimes decide on the technical choice to unlock a blocking situation.
• Ensure training of newcomers and other MIPD users.
• Author occasionally some MIPD/IPL contents.

PROFILE

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

• Technician degree specialized in mechanics or maintenance or aeronautics (or equivalent)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in authoring of aircraft manufacturer technical documentation on IPD, IPL products (understanding the stacking of aircraft modifications, basic documentary rules, ATA100, S1000D, etc).

• Ability to analyze drawings, nomenclatures, technical dossiers, SB/CI, Concessions, CMM.

• General knowledge of aeronautics (systems, regulations, etc.).

• Knowledge of ATR systems would be a plus.

• Knowledge of Airbus SAP (IMS-PA, NEWIPCAuthoring, IWDS, MADAME), ATR SAP RECHANGE, AIRINA, IBM (GILDA, ECDB, CIRCE, etc.), SAP HANA KPIs (TDE COCKPIT, QUALIGATE, etc.), ServiceNow, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), collaborative tool (MS Teams), ATRnavX (or AirnavX in Airbus).

• Knowledge of the LEONARDO TPXAIT database would be a plus

MISSION

Au sein du service Maintenance Parts & Wiring, vous travaillerez en équipe sur le catalogue illustré des pièces de rechange sur avion (MIPD), la nomenclature illustrée des pièces de rechange en atelier (IPL). Vous aurez la responsabilité des référentiels de rédaction et outils des produits MIPD/IPL.

A ce titre, vous aurez la fonction de référent MIPD/IPL et ainsi la responsabilité de garantir la mise à jour des référentiels techniques, le management des évolutions outils, dont vous serez force de proposition (spécifications, tests), et serez le point focal pour toutes les questions sur le MIPD/IPL.

Vos choix et décisions engageront la performance de la chaine de production des produits MIPD/IPL.

Votre fonction de référent vous intégrera dans un réseau de spécialiste dans votre domaine d’activité, réseau que vous entretiendrez et développerez pour vous maintenir au plus haut niveau de connaissances et être à l’écoute des futures évolutions sur les produits MIPD/IPL.

ACTIVITES

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Assurer l&39;analyse et l&39;intégration des critères de conception ayant un impact sur le produit MIPD/IPL, y compris la rédaction, la vérification, la validation.
• Supporter les équipes sous-traitantes et analyser les questions techniques interne et clients.
• Participer aux réunions techniques avec les spécialistes des départements du bureau d’études ainsi que des pièces de rechange.
• Superviser la complétude du produit MIPD pour chaque avion à livrer.
• Garantir la mise à jour des référentiels techniques tels que les processus, les guides de rédaction, les guides utilisateurs outils et les checklists.
• Comparer l&39;ATR MIPD/IPL aux standards IPD chez d&39;autres avionneurs ou équipementiers aéronautiques, afin d&39;identifier et de mettre en œuvre de nouvelles bonnes pratiques et règles.
• Engager la performance de l&39;équipe et la chaîne de sous-traitance.
• Proposer des améliorations pour les outils informatiques et les processus.
• Analyser les rapports de finalisation pour chaque révision (TDVV) et lancer les actions correctives.
• Administrer les outils de rédaction SAP : accès et droits utilisateurs, table de références.
• Gérer les incidents outils et participer aux développements des mises à jour outils avec les équipes informatiques. Tests sur l’environnement de validation.
• Analyser les écarts sur les données sources détectés par l’équipe de rédaction, et les transmettre au spécialiste Bureau d’Etude concerné.
• Contribuer aux vérifications des raisons de blocage des dossiers MIPD/IPL, et parfois statuer sur le choix technique afin de déverrouiller une situation de blocage.
• Assurer la formation des rédacteurs et autres utilisateurs MIPD/IPL.
• Rédiger occasionnellement des contenus MIPD/IPL.

PROFIL

Nous recherchons des candidats ayant les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

- Titulaire d’un diplôme BAC&43;3 spécialisé en mécanique ou maintenance ou aéronautique (ou équivalent).

- 10 ans minimum d’expérience de la rédaction de la documentation technique avionneur sur les produits MIPD, IPL (compréhension empilage de modifications avion, règles documentaires de bases, ATA100, S1000D…).

- Capacité à analyser des plans, nomenclatures, dossiers techniques, SB/CI, Concessions, CMM.

- Connaissance générales aéronautique (systèmes, règlementation, …).

- La connaissance des systèmes ATR serait un plus.
