• Assemble, fit, and install aircraft structural components and sheet metal parts
• Use hand tools such as torque wrenches, drills, riveting tools, and inspection equipment to complete assemblies
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Perform drilling, fastening, riveting, and sealing operations
• Conduct self-inspections and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Identify and report discrepancies or defects during assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams

• 2–5 years of experience in assembly, structures, sheet metal, or manufacturing
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using hand tools including torque wrenches, drills, inspection tools, riveting tools, and other shop tools
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft structures and/or sheet metal assembly
• Experience working on military aircraft platforms such as F-35, F-16, or C-130
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements
