In this key role, you’ll maintain piston-engine aircraft used for training the next generation of airBaltic pilots. As part of our professional and supportive environment, you will work with modern training aircraft, gain exposure to structured maintenance procedures, and ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with the highest EASA Part-66 standards. We will entrust you toEnsure all maintenance work on aircraft and appliances meets customer/CAMO orders, within agreed timeframes and MOE, Part M/ML, and Part 145 standards
Keep the Maintenance Coordinator updated on production changes and supervise mechanics and external teams
Maintain top-quality workmanship, report occurrences, and follow the latest MOE, maintenance data, and authority requirements
Manage workload effectively, and keep your licenses and qualifications up to date
What you will need to succeedValid EASA Part 66 B1.2 category Aircraft Maintenance License with endorsement of full Group 3 rating or Diamond DA 40 Series (Austro Engine) and/or DA 42 Series (Austro Engine) type rating or valid B3 category Aircraft Maintenance License with endorsement of full Group 3 rating
Good knowledge of English
High sense of responsibility
Ability to work on-site in Liepāja, Latvia
Will be considered as advantageAt least one year of maintenance experience within the past two years on Diamond DA 40 Series (Austro Engine) and/or DA 42 Series (Austro Engine)
At least two years experience as B1.2 or B3 certifying staff
Experience with composite structures
