Overview:
Strategic Technology Institute (STi) is seeking qualified Licensed Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technicians to support the FAA Flight Program Operations at Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, TX. This role provides direct maintenance support for FAA-owned Beech 300s, C90 GTi, and Challenger 600 series aircraft under FAA Part 135 and Part 145 standards.
Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on airframe and powerplant systems.

Ensure airworthiness in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and technical publications.

Use precision tools and test equipment (torque wrenches, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) per OEM specifications.

Document all maintenance actions IAW FAA and company requirements.
Work Schedule:

Current hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Future schedule may vary depending on FAA mission requirements.

Standard is 40 hours per week; overtime may occur based on mission needs.
Training:

After onboarding, employees must complete an Initial 80-hour BE300 & Challenger 604/605/650 Aircraft Training Course.

Training is scheduled within 15 days of onboarding and must be completed within 90 days.

Training is fully paid by STi.
Requirements:

Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.

Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience under Part 121, Part 135, or Part 145.

Experience on Beech 300, C90 GTi, or Challenger aircraft preferred.

Ability to read and apply FAA/OEM manuals and technical data.

Must be able to pass background processing requirements.
