Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)
We are seeking experienced aviation maintenance professionals to join a growing MRO team in Montana. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple aircraft platforms. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, competitive compensation, and room for career growth.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $28.00–$36.00/hour (DOE)
  • Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00–$85,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
  • Per Diem: Up to $49,920 annually (tax-free), based on $960.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Work Schedule
  • 5/8 Schedule - Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, modifications, and upgrades
  • Work across multiple aircraft platforms in an MRO environment
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
  • Accurately document completed maintenance actions

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in heavy maintenance or MRO environments preferred
  • Experience on business jets preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
