Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic (Rotary Wing) – Field Deployment
Location: Great Falls, MT (Malmstrom AFB)

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on MH-139 rotary-wing aircraft as part of a long-term CONUS Field Deployment Team. The initial assignment will be at Malmstrom AFB for 6–9 months, with follow-on deployments to Minot AFB, F.E. Warren AFB, and Maxwell AFB, contingent upon future contract awards.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on rotary-wing aircraft
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical aircraft systems
- Complete maintenance documentation using Air Force Forms and TOs
- Support mission requirements in a 24/7 aircraft maintenance environment
- Work flexible shifts as required by operations
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of rotary-wing aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
- No A&P license required
- Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Air Force maintenance documentation
- Experience on one or more of the following platforms:
- MH-139/AH-139, UH-60, AH-64, LUH-72, CH-47, Bell 407/206, EC-145/135
Work Environment & Schedule
- Aircraft maintenance facility
- 24/7 operations – must be willing to work varying shifts
Compensation & Per Diem
- Per diem split for candidates living 75+ miles from Malmstrom AFB
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
