Job Description:
  • Fit and assembly of experimental aircraft
  • Provide builder assistance to customers
  • Install avionics panels (wire entire aircraft as well)
  • Engine installs, running, rigging, etc.
  • Building engine oil and fuel hoses
  • Fabric covering and repairing
  • Aircraft control rigging
  • Prepping and painting aircraft/laying out paint schemes
  • Sheet Metal work
  • Drilling
  • Riveting
  • Prepping for welding mods on airframes and building custom parts
  • Packing and shipping parts
  • Performing maintenance and rigging on new aircraft when test flying begins
Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and pull objects weighing up to 70 pounds at a time.
  • Manual dexterity and physical strength are necessary to operate tools or make adjustments and repairs.
  • Be familiar with aircraft maintenance, general hand tools, pneumatic tools, basic sheet metal skills, troubleshooting skills, and customer support.
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000
