As our operation continues to grow, we are seeking a mid-level Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) with hands-on experience in business jet maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on technician looking to expand technical expertise across multiple aircraft platforms while working alongside an experienced and highly collaborative maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including inspections and repairs, in accordance with FAA regulations and OEM technical data
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic avionics discrepancies to minimize aircraft downtime
- Conduct aircraft inspections ensuring compliance with airworthiness directives and safety standards
- Accurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and service documentation in FAA-compliant formats
- Coordinate with inspection, parts, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and turnaround times
- Support AOG operations, including potential off-site assignments, ensuring rapid and high-quality response
