This is a hands-on Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship Program designed for individuals looking to build a lasting career in aviation maintenance and work toward Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
Our team performs heavy maintenance and modifications on Boeing 737 aircraft. We are looking for motivated individuals with an aviation background who are passionate about quality work, professional growth, and long-term stability in the aviation industry.

Apprenticeship Program OverviewApprentices will complete approximately 2.5 years of workplace-based training, supplemented with about 144 hours annually of related instruction.
Timeline may vary based on each individual’s progress toward Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification competency.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly Rate: Up to $23.00/hour (DOE)
- Annual Earnings: Based on overtime availability and progression in the program
- Retention Bonus Program:
- Year 1: $3,000
- Year 3: $7,000
- Year 5: $10,000

Work Schedule Options4/10 Schedule Options (Overtime available):
- Sun–Wed
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Includes $1.00/hr shift differential)
- Wed–Sat
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Includes $1.00/hr shift differential)
Key Responsibilities- Perform heavy aircraft maintenance and modifications on Boeing 737 aircraft
- Support inspections, repairs, and structural work in an MRO environment
- Ensure all work meets FAA regulations and company quality standards
- Accurately document all maintenance actions and repairs
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment
Qualifications- Aviation maintenance or mechanical background preferred
- Strong interest in pursuing Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
