Pay Rate: $35/hr. (W2) (OT after 40 hours)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – Electrical to perform electrical modifications, installations, and troubleshooting on aircraft systems. This role involves working both on and off aircraft, supporting maintenance, testing, and system upgrades in accordance with industry and government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical modifications on aircraft wiring and system components
- Execute complex connector terminations (shielded wires, coaxial, fiber optics)
- Route, install, and secure wire harnesses following engineering and process specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, and wiring diagrams
- Conduct assembly, installation, inspection, and operational testing of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and environmental system malfunctions (moderate complexity)
- Perform flight line and bench testing per DOD and manufacturer standards
- Modify and test wire bundles for development and retrofit projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, FOD, and procedural requirements
- Use precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment
- Support team operations, train junior technicians, and assist cross-functional teams
- Maintain certifications and adhere to all safety protocols
