Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic**Position is in Marana/Tucson, AZ**
Job Description
This role performs comprehensive inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of commercial aircraft and their components in a Part 145 repair station environment. You will work across narrow- and wide-body aircraft, supporting the full service life of a diverse fleet, including storage and reclamation operations. Using technical data, specialized tools, and ground support equipment, you will ensure all work complies with applicable maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Research and interpret technical data, including manufacturers’ and airlines’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and specifications, to determine the feasibility and methods of repair or replacement for malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Disassemble, repair, clean, adjust, assemble, test, and calibrate aircraft components using company special tools and ground support equipment in accordance with maintenance manuals and FAA regulations.
- Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures such as wings, fuselage, and other airframe components, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with applicable standards.
- Inspect and service functional components including rigging, flight and surface controls, plumbing systems, and hydraulic units to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Essential Skills
- Airframe certification required, with the ability to perform maintenance and repair on commercial aircraft.
- 3–5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, heavy maintenance, or line maintenance on commercial aircraft.
- Hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations, including airframe work.
Shift
- 1st shift, 6am to 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.12 - $43.00/hr.
