Job Description

Join a leading industrial group specializing in aerospace and defense as an Aircraft Mechanic. Work in a massive climate-controlled hangar located in Tucson, Arizona, where 16 maintenance lines are dedicated to the CRJ aircraft. As the company rapidly expands, new lines will be introduced, providing exciting opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, remove, and inspect components on CRJ aircraft.
• Perform maintenance tasks on CRJ 200/700/900 airframes.
• Work flexible 12-hour shifts, adhering to a 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off schedule.
• Participate in overtime every other week, amounting to 8 hours.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Aircraft Technician.
• Experience in MRO and heavy maintenance is required.
• CRJ airframe experience is essential.
• Possession of an A License is mandatory.

• A&P License is preferred.
• Military aircraft maintenance experience, including Depot, Isochronal, and Phase inspections, is advantageous.
• Must possess a basic set of tools.

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled environment within a massive hangar in Tucson, Arizona. The facility provides a structured schedule with flexible shifts and opportunities for overtime.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.12/hr.
