Location: Indianapolis, IN & Zionsville, IN

Pay: $30–$40/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday Mostly Day Shift (Some 2nd Shift)

Aerotek is actively hiring A&P‑licensed Aircraft Mechanics for several immediate, hangar‑based openings in the Indianapolis area, including locations in Indianapolis and Zionsville (just north of Indianapolis). These roles are moving quickly, with Monday starts available once onboarding is complete.

• Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting in a hangar environment
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Accurately document maintenance actions and discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to support aircraft readiness

• Active A&P License (required)
• 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and comply with safety standards

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30–$40/hour, based on experience
• Predominantly day shift opportunities with limited 2nd shift roles
• Monday–Friday schedule

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
