Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft by performing receiving, preliminary, in-process, hidden damage, and final inspections. You will be responsible for verifying the completion of work orders, signing airworthiness releases, and ensuring all maintenance work meets FAA, customer, and company specifications. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with established inspection procedures and the proper completion of necessary forms.
Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, preliminary, in-process, hidden damage, and final inspections.
- Verify completion of all work orders and sign airworthiness releases.
- Ensure work is accomplished per established inspection procedures.
- Ensure all aircraft maintenance meets FAA, customer, and company specifications.
- Ensure inspection items are complied with properly and all necessary forms are completed.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of inspection experience, including structural repairs.
- A&P License.
- Knowledge of composite materials and types of resins used in composite repairs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
