If required, we can provide hotel accommodation for the two weeks at no upfront cost. Half the amount will be deducted from your first paycheck, and the remaining half from your second. After that, you may continue with the same arrangement or secure your own housing.

Location: Bridgeport, WV 26330 (Onsite from Day 1st) 
Duration: 1 Year Contract Opportunity

Direct Client Opportunity:
Salary/ Hourly Rates: Based on Experience 

Per Diem Split Included:
For Bridgeport, WV 26330 - $8.75/hr. Taxed + Remainder would be Non-Taxed
OT: OT is available with rates would be TIME & HALF
Payment Method: Weekly
Shift: 12 hours shift work mandatory, which includes days/ nights and weekends

Additional Benefits:

• 2 week's Hotel Assistance will be provided at No Upfront cost and will be deducted into splits. 50% amount from 1st Paycheck & Rest of the 50% from the 2nd Paycheck.
• No Interview, but If happened then would be Onsite/ In-Person Sheet Metal Test/Assessment Test mandatory (pre-start) - (1 night Hotel, Meal and Fuel/ GAS - All Expenses would be Reimbursed).

Note:    

• Must be an independent candidate (able to work on W2/ Per Diem) & must be presently working in United States.
• Must be able to work onsite to any of the mentioned locations.
• Must be able to relocate to any of the Client's Location at your own expenses.
• Must have their own Tools/ Tools Kit which have to bring with them to the project.
• Must be able to work on Per Diem Split.
• Must be able to start within 2-3 weeks.
• Must have a valid USA Driving Licence.
• Must be able to pass 10 Year's Criminal/ Employment Background Check & Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

• A minimum 3–5 years Sheet Metal Structural Repairs, Fabrication & Modification.
• CRJ Airframe experience is required. If not have experience with CRJs then must have experience with Embraer ERJs OR Corporate/ Commercial Aviation - Bombardier Challenger/ Boeing, Airbus.
• Corporate/ Business Jets – Bombardier Challenger Series/ Global Express Series, Gulfstream, Cessna Citations Series experience preferred.
• Must have experience with Fabrication Tools/Air Tools/Hand Tools/ Power Tools & Pneumatic Tools.
• Must have experience with Rivet, Fasteners, Locks, Drilling, Shears, Fuselage, Fitting, Countersinking, Skin Repairing, Cutting, and Forming Sheet Metal and Repairs.
• MRO Repair & Hevay Maintenance experience is Preffered.

Must Have:

• Must possess their own tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English aircraft maintenance actions both verbally and in writing.
• Must be comfortable with 12-hour shift work, which includes days/ nights and weekends.
